PIG RIG Just when we’re feeling good about ourselves for buying so many summer vegetables, along comes Galewood Cookshack’s pulled pork truck to mess things up. Not that we’re complaining too much: Chef/owner Grace Delanco’s pork, smoked over hickory and apple wood for 12 hours, makes for a sandwich we’re ultimately happy to interrupt our health-food streak for. The hormone- and steroid-free meat is served with a tangy Memphis barbecue sauce and cool buttermilk coleslaw on the side. Stock up on it all while you can: Delcano only visits the market once a month. Pulled pork sandwich available for $7 at the Logan Square Farmers’ Market (Logan Blvd and Milwaukee Ave, Sundays 10am–3pm). Galewood Cookshack’s next visit is Sun 5.—Lisa Futterman
