Chili-A-Go-Go
There are plenty of reasons to enter Time Out Chicago’s third annual Chili-A-Go-Go contest. The thrill of going up against 24 other chilis and winning cash and prizes are two that come to mind. But the biggest reason is named Titus Ruscitti. As Chili-A-Go-Go’s reigning champion, he’s confident he’ll claim his third crown this year. But with all due respect to Mr. Ruscitti, we’d love for him to be wrong. So please: Send us a 50-word plan of attack to eatoutdrinkup@timeoutchicago.com and tell us how you’re going to beat Ruscitti. But include some details about your chili, okay? You won’t be able to win on talk alone.

My chili is the best ever and will beat Mr. Ruscitti's chili without a doubt! My chili is very meaty and came in 1st place at my friends chili cook off which included about 12 contestants. A couple of my secret or not so secret ingredients is coca cola & filet. I would be honored to participate in the Chili-A-Go-Go contest.... I am not a professional chef, but I am very passionate.
