ROOM WITH A VIEW There was only one option, really: When the owners of Holiday Inn Mart Plaza decided that part of its $25 million rehab would include putting a bar on the 15th floor, it was obvious that bar would need a good view. So they did what anybody with a multimillion-dollar budget would do: knocked down all the walls in the place and replaced them with floor-to-ceiling windows. But the appropriately named Cityscape is more than just a pretty vantage point. The mod, white-on-white decor isn’t bad to look at, either, and the drinks program focuses on organic beers and wines.
