Between Boutique Café & LoungeAt her sultry Wicker Park small-plates spot, chef Radhika Desai nearly defies skeptics to find fault with her off-kilter menu. Stuffing shiitakes, beef and scallions into Indian batura bread? Encrusting mahi mahi with chorizo? Making a savory bread pudding out of croissants and applewood-smoked bacon? Flipping traditional Indian rosewater-scented milk into a cheesecake? Yep. She’s done it all, and with some seriously (and surprisingly) delicious results. Even if it wasn’t already her nickname, we’d still call her “Rad.” 1324 N Milwaukee Ave, 773-292-0585.

Really-why would you guys make people that you want to read your website click on each topic. I wanted to provide this to visiting friends but their visit was over by the time I got through all the pages... Get a new format, really...

I HATEclicking on each restaurant --this is so tedious I won't be back-- I imagine that your advertisers buy space according to how many clicks you can FORCE your readers to go through to get anywhere...and that's why you have made this site impossible for your readers--better to find a less annoying way to increase revenue... This site is RIDICULOUS!

Golly, the set-up of this article is painful and exceedingly user-unfriendly. A one-page list with links to details would be a lot more usable, as others have commented.

Good grief... no simple list of all the winners? I'm supposed to click through one at a time? previous writer nailed it: there isn't enough time in my life.
We live in the south suburbs and are looking for somewhere "new" to go to for our anniversary. What do you think of this restaurant, and is it worth the trip? Thank you. We are going tomorrow eve.
I agree that trying to read this article is the pits on this new site. Very slow to load, and that's especially annoying when there's only one paragraph per page. Big thumbs down.
The new beta site.. yuk! There isn't enough time in my life to view your articles one at a time. And I have a fast internet connection. On a smartphone forget about it. The search engine went from terrible to horrendous, and I was just getting started on figure it out.
