Addiction I can’t stop Facebooking.
Kitchen gadget I just got a brand-new eight-burner range, oven and grill, so it’s hard for me to even think about any other gadgets. I will say that I don’t think I could live without my Vita-Mix or my spoons, though.
Restaurant I’ve been eating at the Bristol (2152 N Damen Ave, 773-862-5555) quite a bit. I like their beer program, and I dig the fact that they get in whole animals and utilize all of it.
Cookbook My go-to book is Charcuterie, but I love the Zuni Cafe Cookbook, and I just bought Michel Bras’s book, and it’s amazing.
