by the way, Time Out, where is the Flag as assinine option?
It couldn't be because they are both wine bars....could it?!? I highly doubt that the staff of TimeOut would be so blatantly sexist - I think they could choose a more settle way to convey that message. Also, did you not note that several of the journalists were women themselves? Be more careful throwing around accusations - there are bigger social battles to fight that actually need fighting.
I find it incredibly annoying that you chose to represent the 2 females chefs together, yet the men get an individual spotlight. Clearly, this is still a male dominated industry and it would be nice if publications, such as yours, would start to breakdown those stereotypes rather than perpetuate these gender inequities. You appear to be suggesting that the woman are not accomplished enough to have their own spotlight. Why are their only 2 women out of 12 chefs featured? Time Out we expect more!
