Dig deep Tired of traveling from Brighton Park to the North Side for cool, thrifty finds, Trent Marinelli and Carlos Lourenco decided to take matters into their own hands by opening this vintage shop in nearby Pilsen. Just off the Pink Line, the store (in a former meeting space the duo renovated) specializes in clothing and accessories from the 1940s to ’80s ($10 and up), as well as travel bags ($14–$30) and vintage luggage ($18–$24). 1425 W 18th St at Bishop St (312-850-2510).
Checked it out on Saturday and found an amazing 80's jumpsuit. In my opinion most of their prices are for bourgeois hipsters. FYI-Check for stains. They're hard to see in their dimly lit dressing rooms. There's a WAAYYY more reasonably priced place across the street. I bought FOUR times the amount of stuff there!!!!!!
