CONSERVATIVE After moisturizing the lips with Fresh’s Sugar lip balm ($23), fill them in with Smashbox’s Wicked Lovely lip liner in the deep berry color Tempt ($16). Next, apply a coat of Givenchy Black Plum lipstick ($26), followed by a coat of Smashbox Wicked Lovely lip gloss in the plum Sultry ($18). Line the lips with the clear, waxy Too Faced Borderline Anti-Feathering Lip Pencil ($19) to prevent bleeding. Keep the rest of the face clean and neutral.

LIBERAL Pump up the volume by filling the lips with Lancôme’s Le Crayon eyeliner in Black Lapis ($24). Apply a layer of Make Up For Ever’s blue eye shadow No. 81 ($18), followed by a coat of Lancôme’s Juicy Gelée in Grape Jubilee ($18) for high-definition shine. Again, keep the color within the lines by outlining the lips with Too Faced Borderline Anti-Feathering Lip Pencil.
