The outlandishly bright, hyper-girly spring/summer collection—cotton day dresses, organza evening frocks ($85–$400) and playful bloomers ($55)—bears shades of Anna Sui and Betsey Johnson (both of whom she assisted as an intern in New York); accessories such as headbands, cuffs and change purses go for less than $50 a pop. 1740 W Division St (773-278-4584, anastasiachatzka.com).
