The skinny One ounce contains 7 grams of carbs, 60 calories and 3 grams of fat.
The verdict If you’re using Wisconsin custard as your bar (What up, Leon’s? What up, Kopp’s?), you’re gonna be disappointed here. The problem is two-fold: The stuff comes out of a traditional dispenser but then gets put into a freezer, so it’s harder than the silky, creamy custard we expected, plus the massive amount of egg yolks makes for a French vanilla effect that’s too cloying.
