Description
Instead of paying the $11 to get into the 94th floor Hancock Observatory, take the bullet-fast elevator up to this 96th floor bar in the sky and drop that cash on a cocktail instead. The decor—a sort of circa-1987 Sharper Image–catalog look—is in dire need of an overhaul, but the panoramic, vertigo-inducing views of the twinkling city at night never get old.
