Description
The menu is more comfort-food than "gastropub," but with prices like this we're not inclined to let semantics get in the way. Tiny pulled-pork sandwiches (called, in overly cute fashion, "BBites") are tender and sweet; bacon-wrapped trout is crispy and flavored with sage; and the bar steak, while a little plain, is flavorful and juicy (just ignore those limp fries). Beer is pushed as the drink of choice here, but the real draw is the wine list, which has 25 bottles—not one of which exceeds $30.
