Description
To go to this glamorously vintage bar and not order chef Jared Van Camp's charcuterie is to miss the point: Finocchiona emanates a deep fennel flavor, the hearty sausage with cornmeal waffles is as gluttonous a brunch plate as we could ever wish for, and the pastrami is a subtle, smoky revelation. So it came as a bit of a surprise that most of the crowd was, indeed, missing the point: They were there to holler at the Bears game. Some yuppies just don't know how good they have it.
