“Henry Moore: Elephant Skull.”
Description
In the 1960s, Moore (1898–1986)—the English sculptor responsible for Nuclear Energy at the U. of Chicago—made 28 etchings of an African elephant's skull. The Block, which recently acquired an album of these prints, displays them with a real elephant's skull on loan from the Field Museum. Through Dec 13.
