“Benito Juárez and the Making of Modern Mexico.”
Description
While Lincoln reshaped America, Juárez was molding modern Mexico. This exhibit explores the similarity between the two political honchos, from their suits and top hats (on display) to their posthumous cult of followers, shown through folk art iconography.
