Description
Raven’s production enjoys the commanding presence of Mackenzie Kyle, witheringly self-assured and gleefully perverse. The various attentions of the play’s men all seem understandable responses to Hedda’s frosty hauteur. Kyle doesn’t entirely sound the character’s formidable depths, however. Part of the difficulty may be that, with the exception of Jon Steinhagen’s magnificently unctuous judge, the supporting characters in this briskly paced production lack Hedda’s vivid presence.—JBWhen

Very well acted. Although it is a play from a century ago, it still has an edgy feel to it. Hedda is a challenging character who is not easily classified. Highly recommend you catch this production before it ends.
