Description
“Inhale world, exhale peace.” This has been the school's mantra since 1972, when Korean founder Grand Master MyungSu Y.S. Kim first came up with his plan to promote world peace through meditation. The school remains active in advancing worldwide peace through large-scale initiatives, and the Lincoln Avenue location, a rambling space that has windows, remains a guiding force for an expanding community of peaceniks. Classes range from yoga to martial arts for women to peace breathing to meditation.When
