Baginski's obsession with the nuances of the English language, passion for Chicago's entertainment scene and dry-as-toast wit are harmoniously married in her position at Time Out Chicago. She earned a bachelor's degree in magazine journalism from the University of Missouri, then built her editing and writing experience working at a trade magazine and a travel website, and covering nightlife and the arts for the 2003 Fodor's Chicago guidebook. A freelance gig writing for Metromix.com led to a full-time job as events producer, a position she held for two years.
