Before joining Time Out Chicago, Weinberg spent six years writing about the built environment from Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Milan while working her way through a master's degree from Parsons School of Design. The native New Yorker and Cornell grad has taught design history at Parsons and UIC to support her freelance-writing career, contributing reviews and articles to ARTnews, CS and Design Issues. She is determined to make art accessible to every reader and prove that a design-savvy public won't stand for ugly condos.
