If a wings joint that sells more than 30 flavors sounds like a frat boy's dream come true, that's because it is a frat boy's dream come true. But look closer and you'll see that there's more to these wings than just hot sauce. Each flavor is inspired by a different international cuisine: Masala wings get a big wollop of Indian spice, Jamaican jerk are more "rubbed" than "sauced," and Canadian "maple twist" wings...well, not every flavor is going to be a hit. A few American varieties appear on the menu, too, but most American of all? The surprisingly delicious and crispy fries.
