If you build it, they will come. That's what the team behind this new Asian spot in restaurant-starved Hyde Park must be thinking. In October, after years of operating as Noodles Etc, the restaurant relaunched in a new space with a bigger menu, hipper interior and a full-service bar. The most popular dishes from the old menu—drunken noodles with basil, for example—are still available. But some creative newbies are winners, like the beef Massaman curry, a tender steak filet topped with a creamy, peanut-curry sauce and potatoes; and the delicate, crispy mussel bites (which are pan-fried then placed back in the shell).
