Description
Chaise is both restaurant and lounge, and it hawks martinis as vehemently as it does dishes such as an autumn salad of parsnips and Asian pears; sweet-potato latkes; and beef short rib in red wine jus. But it's the rooftop deck (covered in a tent in chillier months) and alfresco patio that steal the show—at least for those looking to rub elbows with Miami Beach wanna-bes.
