Description
The waits on weekends are an indicator of this Bucktown spot's continual buzz, and a few bites of Chris Pandel's New American food is all it takes to join the ranks of fans. We're smitten with signatures like the salad of heirloom apples and Manchego; the grilled sardines with chickpea fries; the thick, juicy burger; and the devastatingly delicious egg-and-ricotta-filled raviolo. Now that he's nailed dinner, Pandel is taking brunch to the next level with dishes like skirt steak and eggs in béarnaise sauce and a skillet loaded with tender duck, greens and fingerlings, as well as a selection of brunch cocktails like a bacon-infused Manhattan.

Brunch (Sun), dinner.
"Duck Fat Fries" is the most bull shit food item I've ever heard of... the fries are fries that are very greasy.... and I would be surprised if there wasn't even duck fat in the fries.... and since when is duck fat so great.... I pass on this overpriced BS restaurant
This is a GREAT place! We have been impressed every time we visit! We have travelled to many cities and eaten at many fine restaurants. This one is at the top! Kudos to The Bristol! Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere!
Love it. Smells so inviting - the moment you walk into the door. Raviolo are incredible. I'm not usually a salad person- but these are so inventive and fresh- I would come just for these, except everything else is so great too. Go early - the place gets to capacity fast.
