This fish is so nice that they named it twice. Well, okay, it's certainly not the best sushi restaurant in town, but for a no-frills, easy-on-the-wallet option for fresh fish, this simple spot hits the mark. Counter service might scare purists off, but you'll be pleasantly surprised when you pick up your tray of artfully presented maki (go for the spicy Mexican roll of hamachi, cilantro and jalapeños, and the tropical roll filled with shrimp tempura, eel, cucumber, avocado and mango puree). Lunchtime maki meal deals (two rolls, miso soup and salad for about $9) are a big hit with Northwestern students, as are the sweet and colorful bubble teas.
