Description
Chef-owner Daniel Nguyen, formerly of Uptown's Pasteur, says for this spot he's "taking ideas from all over the world but using what I know about Vietnamese food." The results: specials such as Japanese-tinged lobster-avocado roll, seaweed salad with baby shrimp, and label-defying dishes like pinot noir–marinated beef shish kebabs skewered with fresh pineapple, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Excellent food, classy but casual atmosphere, great wine selection. A bit out of the way, but worth the trip!
