Description
If you ever stumble upon this strip mall barbecue joint, make sure you enter on an empty stomach. It's tough to exercise self-control when you whiff the southern scents wafting out of the tiny kitchen, where vats of baked beans, sweet yams and collard greens simmer away. The 'cue may not be smoky like some spots in town, but the whole chicken is juicy, and the rib tips are finger-lickin'. Grab a spot at one of the two fold-out tables to enjoy bootlegged horror movies and the like on the suspended TV, and don't forget the sweet-potato pie.
