Description
Two Greek Nicks (Prutsos the owner, Katsoulos the chef) are behind this casual Greek-American grill, where the menu is long on char classics like burgers, skirt steak sandwiches, Italian beef-sausage combos and souvlaki (pork tenderloin) skewers. Dishes like oven-roasted potatoes and chicken kebabs get the Greek rubdown of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and garlic.
