Description
Knowing what you want will go a long way at this chic (chic for a stripmall, that is) Filipino joint. There's no menu for any of the meals other than breakfast, and the guys behind the steam table aren't good at answering questions. Don't be shy about pushing them to talk, though—otherwise you may end up with a bowl of pig ears. Those who don't mind eating things they've never heard of might enjoy the mongo beans, a stew that resembles lentil soup and includes chunks of beef and chicken curry is a good choice for timid eaters—the chicken is fried before the spicy (but not hot) curry is added.
