Description
Martial Noguier could have slowed down now that hes got a cushy hotel job at the Sofitel. Instead, hes putting out some of the best French food in town. His dishes—delicate hamachi carpaccio, sumptuous short ribs, peppery tenderloin au poivre—brim with intricate flavors and textural details, all of which get wrapped up into one exciting, singular package. Desserts from pastry chef Suzanne Imaz (who worked with Noguier at one sixtyblue) follow suit. Maybe this team was always this good, but one thing is for certain: In the new Gold Coast digs, many more people will get to experience it.
