Description
Martial Noguier could have slowed down now that he's got a cushy hotel job at the Sofitel. Instead, he's putting out some of the best French food in town. His dishes—delicate hamachi carpaccio, peppery tenderloin au poivre—brim with intricate flavors and textural details. A new spring lunch menu (available Monday–Friday from 11:30am–5pm) showcases some of his favorite farmers' market finds in dishes like a Camembert cheese sandwich with honey truffle butter, apple salad and roasted hazelnuts served on homemade brioche or a marinated salmon filet served with zucchini spaghetti, carrot puree, star anise and veal jus.
