In true Gold Coast fashion, this sushi spot does little in moderation; the menu is a massive collection of creations like pineapple cheese wontons and bulging maki and the crowd of spaghetti-strapped young things often project even louder than the pulsating dance music. So if action is you're thing, settle in. If not, maybe take your food to go. Either way, abandon ideas of simplicity and just enjoy over-the-top signatures like crispy "RAckin' shrimp," garlic mango lobster spring rolls, and the spicy albacore "Pacific" roll finished with red-beet tempura and sauteed cashews and pine nuts. Skip super-sweet desserts in favor of more sake sangria.
