Description
Now that Three-Headed Productions has successfully made Le Passage relevant again, chef Nick Lacasse intends to keep it that way. He's ushering in the warm weather with seasonal dishes like a pasta with morels, ramps and chèvre, while halibut gets smoked potato puree, creamed arugula and grilled zucchini. Mixologist Charles Joly has adjusted his "culinary cocktail" menu to be just as bright, with drinks like the Lost in Translation, a mix of Yamazaki 12-year whiskey, green-tea ginger syrup, yuzu, grapefruit and fresh basil. Drink up.
