Description
The cheery, simple little brunch/lunch spot right under the Western Blue Line station has added dinner to the program, serving pizzas, soups and salads Wednesday through Friday nights. Pizzas are something in between Neapolitan and American thin-crust, with a nice chew and gourmet toppings like oven-dried tomatoes, roasted mushrooms and béchamel sauce. Fancy mac and cheese with crunchy gratin crust is stellar, as are the lineup of housemade cookies and Black Dog gelato. The tofu scramble and panini still rule the "blunch" menu, but dinner looks to be hot on their heels.
