The beer selection alone is enough of a draw at this local brewery, where we can happily while away an afternoon nursing a crisp 312 Urban Wheat Ale or malty Smoked Porter. But pair our drinks of choice with a Paulina Market sausage sampler of locally made links or a baked Bavarian pretzel, and things look even better. If we throw caution to the wind and indulge in a Stilton burger, a black-pepper-crusted patty smothered in stinky cheese and roasted garlic cloves atop a pumpernickel roll, we know we'll be rolling home—but rolling home very happy.
