It always feels like a warm, sunny day when we eat chef Carol Wallack's Hawaiian-influenced food. Just take a few bites of artichoke fritters, pork-filled postickers, tempura-fried calamari or mains such as bacon-wrapped cobia and cocoa nib–crusted scallops—and you'll warm up instantly.
