Chef Ryan Poli is squarely at the helm of the latest venture from BOKA's Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz—and the results are impressive. It's tough to decide which is better, the black truffle gnocchi with tender squash and deliciously bitter chard or the rectangle of vanilla-scented crispy-skinned veal breast—get 'em both. The surest sign of summer's approach (besides Green City Market returning across the street) is the rollout of the "Cabana" menu, with offerings like mini grilled pork belly– sliders and shrimp croquettes for relaxed dining on the spacious patio.
