Scene reigns supreme at this venture from Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm, owners of the steps-away BOKA, so settle into a comfy booth and take it in while perusing a menu rich with seasonal standouts. Where to start? A garlic soup with rhubarb compote and chive blossoms is as good a place as any. Or a summery lobster club sandwich with bacon and baby greens. Or artichoke risotto with hearts of palm and a Parmesan cracker, accented with preserved lemon and mint vinaigrette. There's not a bad place to start, really, but make sure to save room to bookend the meal with stellar cocktails and Elizabeth Dahl's delicious, nostalgic desserts.
