Cozy Corner Diner & Pancake House

Great food at a good price. The Cozy Corner on Diversey and Kostner has a much nicer atmosphere and staff though. My first experience at the one on Milwaukee, I was there very early on a Sunday by myself and there were only 4 other people in the place sitting at one table. I asked the owner if I could sit at a booth to read the paper and he rudely said no and walked me down to the end of the counter. I once again asked for a booth, commenting that the place was empty to no avail. So I left.

Clean, quick, freindly staff. My friends love to get the breakfast here, but I am not a breakfast person so I always end up ordering from the lunch or dinner menu. It's always good ... in a diner food kind of way :) My friends really really like the breakfast!! It's always really crowded but they are still quick at serving you. Sometimes parking is a bitch. This is the same menu as the cozy corner on Milwaukee, but clean, FAST and with fantastic service. Diner food at its best. love this place. I go at least once a month with my boyfriend and daughter. Everyone is so nice and no matter how packed it is I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Definitely a great place to eat. Opened about 7 months ago. Very good diner in a new building. Good food, prices, service -- clean and friendly. Sister of the place on Milwaukee. They have Early Bird Specials M-F 6am-9am for 2.99 Open Mon-Sun 6am- 4pm They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
