Description
Marshall Fields-turned-Macy's has brought celeb chef Rick Bayless into the fold with this foodcourt counter offering tortas, huaraches, quesadillas, tamales, salad and soup, but with fillings that counter most fast-food notions. Smoked pork loin and applewood bacon top the torta Cubana, Amy's All-Natural Chicken Chorizo shows up in a quesadilla, and steak joins garlicky mushrooms and chipotle sauce for an earthy huarache. And at $7 for a creative Loop lunch, don't be surprised if lines will probably rival Frontera's weekend queues.
