Description
Almost ten years after opening, chef-partners Rick Tramonto and Gale Gand are busy tending to other projects while exec chef Tim Graham and pastry chef Meg Galus keep TRU relevant. They do it with splurge-worthy menus ranging from a $95 three-course with sarsaparilla quail and Moroccan lamb three ways to a $145 nine-course "Chef's collection" featuring frog legs and pan-seared foie with bay scallops. Of course, you can always rewind time and add on Tramonto's caviar staircase for an upcharge.
