Description
Hotel lobbies aren't our dining rooms of choice, but we make an exception for the sultry vibe of this low-lit Mediterranean spot with a lake view from the patio. Chef Kristine Subido updates her menu for warm weather with pan-roasted sea scallops over pea purée; hanger steak tossed on the grill with spring onions; and roasted artichoke croquettes served with a lemon aioli. The menu breakdown is a little mystifying, but three small plates or two large feed a group of four just fine.
