Description
Everyone gets tired of cooking at home, but who could be bored with an indoor Korean barbecue? Your server sets white-hot charcoal on your well-ventilated table and then brings out marinated raw meats such as kalbi (short ribs) or Kobe beef for you to grill. Included in the deal are about a dozen salty, spicy side dishes known as banchan. Start with pa jun, a pancake studded with squid and green onions and a soothing mandoo (beef dumplings). If you don't feel like cooking, dolsot bibimbap served in a stone casserole is one of the tastier versions of the traditional Korean rice bowl in town.
