Description
Recently, Erick Williams transitioned into the executive chef role at Michael Kornick’s River North stalwart, where he’s currently ushering the menu into a long-awaited spring. Peking duck breast gets accessorized with confit artichokes, black trumpet mushrooms and a spring garlic puree; the deceptively simple and humbly named "another soup" features roasted sunchokes, sunflower seeds, lemon chervil and chive, much brighter and more flavorful than its modest label.
