Pilsen's historic Thalia Hall opened before the Columbian Exposition, and after years of sitting empty, it has been resurrected by Dominic Geraci of Wicker Park's Caffe Gelato. Look for a menu as traditional as the space: pizzas, pastas, antipasti and, of course, gelato.
