Description
Owner Brad Rubin scoured the country to research this Jewish deli/diner. His pastrami is tender, fatty and full of flavor; the milk shakes are thick and oversized; matzo balls are enormous, fluffy things; and the brisket is good enough that any grandmother, Jewish or not, would want to claim it. Recent additions to the menu include a vegetarian-friendly tofu scramble and 11 different salads that will satisfy even that picky, meatphobic family member. Does it hold a candle to other Jewish spots in the country? That's hard to say. But Rubin definitely holds his own as the charming/obnoxious host, giving this place enough character to become a fixture in its own right.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
Bad service (waitress never checked on us, had to chase her down to get check) Bad, dry pastrami, small portions. Got accosted by some guy (host? owner?) because we wanted caramel on our cheesecake (which the waitress had suggested...) We won't be back
This restaurant offers over-priced very average food in a very noisy environment with sub-standard service that tends to be rude. Do not waste your time - go elsewhere so you won't be disappointed. this place deserves to die a quiet death.
