Description
Tucked between the Swedish stalwarts and shiny new bistros and sushi houses in Andersonville is this red-sauce Italian spot, which has been serving up can't-go-wrong classics to the locals since 1963. A much-needed recent remodel modernized the dining room, but the menu remains solidly old-school, with dishes like crisp chicken parmigiana and shells stuffed to the hilt with fresh ricotta. Feeling fancy? Try the fluffy gnocchi filled with Gorgonzola and served under a blanket of tomato cream sauce.
