Description
Just like the bubbly it's named for, Prosecco has the ability to make a person relaxed and happy. But this is mainly due to their great wine program (and the enthusiastic people who run it). Alas, all that wine will probably make you hungry, so you'll probably succumb to the menu. If you do, avoid lackluster dishes like the short rib-stuffed scallops in favor of the tuna crudo and the rich cavatelli with shrimp. And when it comes to dessert? Choose the liquid variety.
