Chef Carrie Nahabedian delivers an upscale experience minus the pomp, courtesy of a snazzy room, great service and a seasonal menu that reads like a who's who in regional, sustainable foods. On the spring menu, rhubarb jam sweetens Hudson Valley foie gras; wood-grilled wild ramps and stinging nettles pepper risotto; and parsley root canneloni rests in Jerusalem artichoke broth. my "go to" spot. it could almost be considered a wine bar because of the variety of glasses available. they always have something that i have never tried. i would suggest to check the website or call for menu items... the ones listed above appear to be from the spring.
