Description
The more sophisticated side of Rick Bayless is no less delicious than his lively Frontera Grill side—it's merely more exquisite. His attentiveness to local, seasonal ingredients shines through in dishes that pay homage to spring, like a grilled asparagus and lime-poached rhubarb salad with slow-cooked sunchokes, aged cheddar cream and microgreens, or pan-roasted Maine lobster with salt cod croquetas, pickled ramps and crispy chile threads. Two chef's tasting menus are on offer (one for $85, one for $90); add paired wines to either for $50.
