Bleeding Heart Bakery

Description
Pastry chef Michelle Garcia runs this punky, organic, vegan-friendly bakery in Roscoe Village. Here, she's doing all the bars and cookies that she did in her previous space on Chicago Avenue, as well as egg, cheese and bacon tea cakes (for those who don't subsist purely on sugar). Don't miss the Elvis cake (chocolate cake with peanut butter and bacon)–available through special order–or the cupcake menu, which varies every month.
